The Holidays – Quick Tips for not Getting Sucked in to Negativity from Those Around You

Many blessings to you! Have you created your mantra for the holiday season?
Maybe pick a few words that you can use to quickly ground yourself and change your flow of energy. Remember, what you focus on expands.

I’m sending you positive energy to find the calm, the gratitude and the love in every moment.
Remember if you slip and find yourself reverting to old habits of allowing a relative or someone close to you to irritate you, simply can take a deep breath and “CHOOSE AGAIN”.

Let us be grateful for that. Let us be grateful for the opportunity in every moment to begin again. If you find yourself not feeling good, start focusing on the things you are grateful for and allow your focus on this to EXPAND.

Try doing a self-check and see if you find yourself getting drawn into others negativity. Let us focus on abundance and not get sucked into fear based thinking of lack and scarcity. You don’t even have to say a word if you hear someone “going there”, simply tell yourself that this does not apply to you and start focusing on the good things flowing to you.  Hold the light!
